Paul Tupper

Paul Tupper is a seasoned professional in the environmental consulting field, currently serving as the Principal Air Consultant at EnTech Consulting Corporation since August 2022. With extensive experience as a Senior Consultant in Air Quality at Shell Global Solutions since 2005, Paul has contributed to regional and global advocacy, focusing on emerging environmental technologies across various sectors, including downstream, upstream, and gas and power. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where strategic environmental support and regional air advocacy were key responsibilities, and as a Senior Engineer at Masonite, overseeing environmental operations globally.
