Gildas le Men

Gildas Le Men is an experienced quality and safety professional currently serving as Responsable QHSE at Entech Smart Energies since January 2022. Previously, Gildas held the role of Quality Manager at Cadiou Industrie, where responsibilities included leading quality strategy and managing quality and safety teams. A significant portion of Gildas's career was spent at Cummins Inc., starting as a Product Engineer and advancing to Senior Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer, undertaking tasks such as supplier audits and corrective action plan validation. Gildas holds a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Université de Bretagne Sud and a Master in Mechanics and Materials from the University of South Brittany.
