Additionally, their experience as an Operations Researcher at the United States Department of Defense showcases their leadership skills in overseeing technical projects. Marcia's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of North Texas, where Marcia also taught as a Graduate Teaching Fellow.
