Clint Haris

SVP & President, Microcontamination Control at Entegris

Clint is a senior vice president and the president of the Microcontamination Control division at Entegris which offers solutions to filter and purify critical liquid chemistries and gases used in the semiconductor manufacturing process and other high tech industries. Clint has served as senior vice president since June 2016 and leads R&D, product management, strategic planning, marketing, sales, and has overall P&L responsibility for the division.

Clint began his career at Entegris in 2014 as vice president of the Liquid Microcontamination Control business unit. Before joining Entegris, Clint served as a corporate officer of Brooks Automation. He assisted Brooks’ entry into the life sciences market and was the senior vice president of Life Science Systems from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Clint held a variety of executive roles within Brooks’ Semiconductor Automation Group, including senior vice president and general manager for System Solutions, vice president product management for Factory Automation, vice president of engineering for Global Services, and general manager of Lithography Automation. Clint started his career at Motorola Semiconductor where he was a member of the core team chartered with the development of 300 mm manufacturing technology.

Clint received a Master of Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He is the holder of 11 patents in a variety of areas related to semiconductor manufacturing.
