Kajerero Ssebbaale, MBA, LSSBB, currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Entegris since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Manufacturing at Balchem Corporation, where accountability for plant operations and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. At The Belo Venture Group, Kajerero co-founded a consulting unit focused on manufacturing and supply chain optimization, achieving significant cost reductions for clients. A former Plant Manager at General Mills, Kajerero established an FDA-certified food manufacturing facility and led teams to achieve remarkable safety and performance metrics.
