Nina Sathe Haugen

Nina Sathe Haugen is a seasoned professional in corporate social responsibility and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Entegris since July 2023. At Entegris, Nina is responsible for developing and executing CSR and sustainability program strategies, including ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Nina held various leadership roles at Analog Devices from 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included directing communications strategies for ESG initiatives and creating a vision for the company's purpose-driven brand. With earlier experience at firms such as Living Proof, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon, Nina developed comprehensive marketing strategies, led product launches, and managed global brand growth. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
