Richard W. Pekala

Richard W. Pekala has extensive work experience in the field of polymer materials and battery separators. Richard W. worked as a Chief Technology Officer at ENTEK International, where they were responsible for research and development and played a key role in the creation of new products. Prior to that, they worked at PPG Industries as a Scientist, focusing on the development of precipitated silicas and sol-gel coating formulations. Richard W. also had a role as a Section Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where they specialized in the development of low density foams and porous materials. Additionally, they worked as a Chemist at Air Products & Chemicals Inc., primarily conducting research on adhesive formulations.

Richard W. Pekala holds a Doctor of Science degree in Polymerics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which they obtained in 1984.
