Agata Zaworska serves as General Counsel at Enter Air Sp. z o.o. since October 2018, with prior experience as Head of Eastern European Practice and Senior Associate at Chałas i Wspólnicy Law Firm from April 2017 to October 2018. Zaworska has extensive expertise in corporate law and M&A, providing legal services to Eastern European entities in multiple languages and assisting Polish entities in projects within Eastern Europe. Previous roles include Associate Advocate in Corporate/M&A Practice at Kancelaria Adwokacka Wołodkiewicz-Jacyna from July 2013 to April 2017 and an internship at the Ministerstwo Gospodarki in 2011. Zaworska's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Philology from Nicolaus Copernicus University, along with an Advocate Bar Trainee qualification from the Warsaw Bar Association.
