Christina Caccavale

Christina Caccavale has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Sociology Teaching Assistant at Brandeis University from 2011-2013. Christina then moved on to TripAdvisor as a Content Representative from 2010-2011. From 2013-2016, they worked at Constant Contact in roles such as Recruiter and Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In 2016, they transitioned to Endurance International Group as a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition/University Recruiting. In 2018, they joined Buildium as a Senior Human Resources Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Lead. In 2020, they worked at RealPage, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Human Resources, and in 2021 they joined Datadog as a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are at Entera as Director, Talent Acquisition.

Christina Caccavale obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology and Women's and Gender Studies from Brandeis University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from College of the Holy Cross in 2010, with concentrations in English, Anthropology Minor, and Women's and Gender Studies. In 2019, they obtained a Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
