Anesa Davis

Anesa Davis is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of DMC Consulting Group, a position held since March 2017. Anesa has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at Entergy from November 2018 to August 2022, where organizational and leadership development were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Anesa worked at Southern Company and Western Governors University, contributing to leadership development and HR business partnering initiatives. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University.
