Carmen Serafin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery, program management, and business systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager for IT Service Delivery (Meter to Cash) at Entergy, Carmen has previously held various managerial roles in IT at other organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Newpark Resources, Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, and Pioneer Companies. Carmen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, complemented by initial studies at Blinn College.
