Dana Harris

Dana Harris has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Entergy since June 2019, Dana manages the full recruitment cycle, including candidate review, interview processes, and negotiation of offers while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. Dana previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Entergy, assisting with recruitment efforts and new hire onboarding. Prior to Entergy, Dana worked as a Patient Advocate at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy, screening patients for financial assistance and negotiating funding opportunities. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
