James W. Niemiec

James W. Niemiec serves as the VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Entergy since 2023, focusing on transforming operational services in procurement, logistics, and sustainability for one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the United States. Previously, Niemiec held the role of VP, Operational Services & Chief Procurement Officer at Southern California Edison from 2019 to 2023, overseeing various functions including supply chain and procurement. Niemiec also served as Senior Vice President of Global Procurement at Beachbody, and as Senior Vice President of Operational Efficiency and Chief Procurement Officer at Live Nation Entertainment, where strategic cost transformations were implemented. Prior to these roles, Niemiec had significant impacts at Hewlett-Packard, MGM Resorts International, and McKinsey & Company, with a strong focus on transforming procurement and supply chain operations. Educational credentials include an MBA and a JD from Stanford University, as well as a BS in Political Science and Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
