Soeren Bittins

Soeren Bittins is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing security architectures across various domains, including IT, OT, and critical infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Architect at Entergy, Soeren focuses on Zero Trust adoption and aligning business with information security. Previously, as Principal Information Security Architect at Conscia Deutschland, Soeren led the development of architectural blueprints for secure managed services and oversaw compliance with various international standards. Soeren's background includes significant roles at Tiani Spirit GmbH, Fraunhofer FOKUS, and the Federal Police of Lower-Saxony, where Soeren specialized in healthcare and eGovernment projects, regulatory alignment, and disaster recovery planning. Soeren holds an MSc in Computer Science and Sociology from Freie Universität Berlin and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
