Rachel O'Grady

Rachel O'Grady currently serves as the AVP, Asset & Portfolio Manager for Tax Credit Services at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where responsibilities include managing a New Markets Tax Credit portfolio. O'Grady also holds extensive experience as an AVP, Senior Credit Analyst Team Lead and has previously worked as a Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Analyst II. In addition to financial management, O'Grady has a strong background in coaching, serving as the Assistant Varsity Coach and Head JV Coach for the Girl's Soccer team at St. Pius X High School, achieving multiple district championships and state finals appearances. Prior roles include Commercial Credit Analyst at NBH Bank and internships in Human Resources and Accounting/Finance at Ascension Health. Rachel O'Grady earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Benedictine College in 2014.
