Luke Harms

Luke Harms is a seasoned professional in investor relations and real estate investments with extensive experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Investor Relations at Enterprise Community Partners since August 2025, Luke previously held the role of Senior Director at Aegon Asset Management, where responsibilities included managing a $5B+ LIHTC portfolio. Prior to this, Luke spent nearly two decades at Nationwide, focusing on affordable housing debt transactions and overseeing a $4B+ real estate tax-advantaged investment portfolio. Luke's career began as a Real Estate Research Analyst at Vogt, Williams, and Bowen after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.
