Marci Blue

Marci Blue is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector with significant experience in program management and research. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Enterprise Community Partners since July 2024, Marci previously held the position of Director of Leading for Equity & Inclusion at Catalyst Inc. from October 2021 to July 2024. Additional roles include Director of Research and Data Initiatives at Greater Cleveland Partnership and various positions at the Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development, including Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant. Marci has also contributed as a Board Member of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network and completed graduate internships at Policy Matters Ohio, Cleveland Department of Public Health, and University Settlement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Nonprofit Organizations and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University. Marci is currently furthering education at the University of Hull.
