Todd Del Tufo

Todd Del Tufo is Vice President of Asset Management for Enterprise Community Partners’ Community Development division. He oversees the company’s portfolio of multifamily communities. His primary responsibilities include asset protection and risk mitigation while enhancing the operating performance of the portfolio. Del Tufo is part of the senior management team and the investment committee for Enterprise Community Development.
