Erkki Leego

Erkki Leego is an accomplished professional in the field of information and communication technology, currently serving as the R&D Lead Expert in the Applied Research Program at EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus since August 2024, focusing on ICT innovation and consulting. As CEO and Lead Consultant at Leego since November 2020, Erkki provides advisory services for digital development in enterprises. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Telema and Project Director for the EU CyberNet focused on building a community of cyber experts within the EU. With extensive experience in academia as a University Lecturer and Chief Digital Officer at the University of Tartu, Erkki has also contributed to IT strategic planning and project management through various roles in organizations such as Leego Hansson, Estonian Genome Center, and Tartu University Hospital, where Erkki held the position of IT director. Erkki holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tartu.
