Kati Kusmin serves as the Chairman of the Management Board for EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus since December 2023, focusing on enhancing Estonia's international competitiveness and entrepreneurship. Kati is a Member of The Supervisory Board at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance from April 2022, promoting corporate governance in the Baltic region. Prior leadership roles include CEO of Riigi Kinnisvara AS from December 2017 to December 2023, and CEO of Silvano Fashion Group from August 2016 to May 2017. Kati held various positions at Estonian Traders Association, Baltika Group, and the Estonian Employers' Confederation, as well as serving as CEO of ETK – The Central Society of Estonian Consumer Cooperatives from November 2009 to August 2012. Kati graduated with a degree in Service Industry from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 1991.
