Merike Kaesveld

Merike Kaesveld has extensive experience in retail management and investor relations. Currently serving as the Investor Relations representative for Norway at the Estonian Investment Agency since June 2020, Kaesveld previously held positions such as Retail Manager at Helly Hansen from January 2018 to June 2020 and CEO of Pet City OÜ from August 2014 to December 2016, where a focus on social responsibility for pet owners was emphasized. Additional experience includes Country Manager at JYSK Estonia, where operational oversight and budget management were key responsibilities, as well as a Retail Manager/Sales Manager role at Bauhaus Estonia, contributing to the opening of the first Bauhaus store in the Baltic States. Earlier career achievements include serving as CEO and Board Member at Koduekstra OÜ, overseeing operations and corporate decisions for a retail chain specializing in household goods. Merike Kaesveld holds a degree from the Estonian Business School, completed between 1994 and 1997.
