Agha Faraz Khan has over 20 years of professional experience, beginning in 1999 at Qualitynet as a Manager, Consumer Services - Sales. In this role, they led the residential services portfolio and was responsible for the roll out of Managed Home Services (voice & data) as well as nationwide Hotspot deployment. Agha Faraz also managed all business planning and strategy planning in order to define revenue and growth targets. In 2015, they moved to Canada Transliners as a Marketing Manager, where they devised marketing strategies in line with the company's objectives and coordinated sales activity campaigns in order to acquire new customers. In 2018, they joined Soft Gate Technologies as a Marketing Manager and in 2019, they began working at EIX (Enterprise Information Xperts) as a Business Systems Analyst & Project Manager.
Agha Faraz Khan has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Higher Secondary School (Intermediate) from the International School & College of Pakistan in Kuwait from 1993 to 1995. Agha Faraz then went on to receive a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm.) from the University of Karachi in Pakistan from 1995 to 1997. After graduating, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCSE+I) from Infocenter in Kuwait in 1998. In 2015, they received an Enhanced Language Training (ELT) certificate from Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services. In 2020, they achieved a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Most recently, in 2021, they earned a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate from Scrum.org.
