Brendan O'Connell

Brendan O'Connell is an accomplished professional in the agritech and business consulting sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive of AgriTech New Zealand since September 2020, where the organization fosters connections among innovators, investors, and regulatory bodies. In parallel, Brendan has been providing consulting services to Enterprise Ireland as NZ Pathfinder since June 2019 while leading Crannora Consulting Limited as Founder since December 2017. Previously, Brendan held significant roles such as Chairperson of the Irish Business Network of New Zealand and Vice Chairman of the Precision Agriculture Association of New Zealand. With a strong educational background, including a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Galway and participation in a leadership program at Stanford University, Brendan combines extensive experience in strategic development and product management from various leadership positions, including at Tru-Test Group and Brunswick New Technologies.
