Mark Siwa is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and management consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Associate at Enterprise Peak since July 2024, Mark facilitates R&D, software development, and technology integration projects. Prior roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Connect Search, LLC, where a focus was placed on building transparent relationships while delivering top talent across various industries, and as a Technical Sourcer at Meta, responsible for hiring Machine Learning and AI engineers to enhance product development for over three billion users. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Swoon and PeopleScout, alongside a foundational position in retail at DSW. Mark holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and graduated from Lockport Township High School.
