Senior Business Partner, Future Talent Attraction, Enterprise Academy at ENTERPRISE SINGAPORE

Alisa Wang has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alisa began their career at Enterprise Singapore in 2013 as an intern in the Business and Service Excellence department. Alisa then moved on to the Media Development Authority, where they worked as an intern in the People Development Division. Alisa returned to Enterprise Singapore as an intern in the Capability Development Centre at the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) in 2015. Alisa then had an internship at Chevron in the Downstream & Chemicals Human Resource department.

In 2016, Alisa joined ST Engineering as an Executive in the Risk & Sustainability department. Their role involved managing risk and sustainability aspects of the organization. Alisa returned to Enterprise Singapore in 2018, where they held various roles in the Young Talent and Industry Human Capital divisions. These roles included being an Assistant Development Partner, a Development Partner, and a Senior Development Partner. Within these roles, Alisa was responsible for talent program management, manpower strategy review, and formulating talent resourcing and planning strategies.

Alisa's most recent position was at Enterprise Singapore as a Senior Business Partner for Future Talent Attraction in the Enterprise Academy. Alisa started this role in October 2022 and is currently still employed in this position.

Alisa Wang began their education journey in 2006 at Anderson Secondary School, where they completed their GCE O Level in Science. After that, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Anderson Junior College and obtained their GCE A Level with a focus on Economics, Chemistry, Math, and General Studies in Chinese. Continuing their academic pursuits, Alisa then enrolled at the National University of Singapore in 2012 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in 2016. Their area of specialization during their degree was in Finance and Management. Additionally, in 2013, they had a brief stint at Peking University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. No specific field of study is mentioned for that program.
