Cindy Khoo

Cindy Khoo serves as the Managing Director at Enterprise Singapore since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Deputy Secretary and Director of Strategic Planning at the Strategy Group, Prime Minister's Office from July 2019 to March 2024. Prior to this, Cindy held the position of Divisional Director at the Ministry of Education, Singapore from June 2015 to June 2019, and was a Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School from June 2014 to May 2015. Additional experience includes roles such as Director and Deputy Director at the Public Service Division and the Ministry of Health, Singapore, where responsibilities included public service leadership development and talent management. Cindy began a career in public service as an Assistant Director in various capacities at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Health, following an earlier role as an Analyst at SembCorp Logistics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
