Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ENTERPRISE SINGAPORE

Joy Pang's work experience begins in 2011 at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as an Associate Manager in Human Resources. Joy held both generalist and specialist roles, including managing Singapore Compensation & Benefits and leading the launch of P&G's Flexible Benefits program.

In 2014, Joy joined the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) as a Senior Lead in Talent Attraction. Joy partnered with EDB's divisions to discover and cultivate talent to support Singapore's economic growth.

In 2018, Joy moved to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) as a Senior Manager in Learning & Development. Joy developed a leadership development plan and organized leadership workshops and executive coaching sessions for senior management.

In 2019, Joy joined Enterprise Singapore as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Joy supported ESG's industry cluster group and global markets in various regions, advising on people matters. Joy also designed and delivered training programs, including one held in Singapore for overseas colleagues.

Joy Pang completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2007 to 2011, they attended the National University of Singapore and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management & Marketing.

- In 2009, they also briefly studied Business Administration at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

- Prior to university, from 2005 to 2006, they attended Victoria Junior College.

In addition to their formal education, Joy Pang also has obtained several certifications:

- In March 2017, they obtained the Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems.

- In June 2016, they received a certification in World Class Employer Branding from the Employer Branding Academy.

- In June 2015, they became a certified S.P.O.T Facilitator through the Facilitators Network Singapore.
