Merle Chen

Merle Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Merle is currently the Director of Enterprise Academy at Enterprise Singapore since March 2021. Prior to this, Merle worked as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison starting in June 2020. Before that, they founded and served as the Director of StratAgility Lattic3 from November 2018.

Merle also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as an Adviser & HR Mentor at The Lo & Behold Group from November 2019 to March 2021, and as the Chief Talent Officer from February 2017 to November 2019. Merle has also worked as a Senior Manager in Management Consulting at PwC from August 2016 to January 2017.

Prior to their roles in the hospitality and consulting sectors, Merle worked as the Head of Human Resources at Singapore Economic Development Board from November 2011 to August 2016. Merle also held positions at Lee Hecht Harrison as a Business Development Manager and Consultant from January 2009 to November 2011, at Michael Page as an Executive Recruitment Consultant from 2006 to 2008, and at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Manager in Recruitment, Learning & Development from 2003 to 2006.

Merle Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Psychology) from the National University of Singapore. In terms of additional certifications, Merle obtained the following:
