Rahul Ghosh has extensive experience in various roles related to business development, advisory services, and strategic planning. Rahul has worked at Enterprise Singapore since 2005, where they held positions such as Divisional Director - SME and Start-Up Services and Centre Director - European Markets, among others. In these roles, they provided advisory services to SMEs and start-ups on international market-growth strategies, supported Singapore-based companies in establishing businesses in Europe, and advised German and European companies on entering Asian markets. Rahul also worked as an Engineer - Sales and Application at KSB AG from 2000 to 2003, where they successfully marketed and developed business for the company's products in Southeast Asian countries. Prior to that, they worked at KSB India as an Engineer - Marketing and Sales, where they primarily focused on project sales in industries such as automotive, infrastructure, oil and gas, power generation, and environmental sectors.

Rahul Ghosh's education history begins with their completion of high school at Woodstock School, where they obtained an American High School Diploma between the years 1989 and 1994. Rahul then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Madras from 1994 to 1998. Later, in 2003 and 2004, they attended the National University of Singapore for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Continuing their education, in 2011, Rahul participated in the Vietnam Executive Programme, jointly offered by FPT School of Business and Hanoi School of Business in Vietnam. Lastly, in 2013, they completed the Global Executive Programme in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD.
