Thilaga Arumugam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thilaga began their career in 1988 at Cummins Power Generation (S) Pte Ltd as a Human Resource Manager, where they handled various HR functions and collaborated with HR Entity Leaders to ensure compliance across the country. Thilaga then moved on to Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd in 2010, where they served as an Asst. Manager in the HR Team Members' Relations department, handling grievances and HR movements for a workforce of around 4000 employees. In 2011, they joined Goodpack Limited as a Manager of Global Human Resources, and then transitioned to a managerial position at a Government Subsidiary in 2014. In this role, they assessed consultancy projects, ensured compliance with modular processes, and assessed modules on a range of HR topics as well as productivity, innovation, service excellence, and finance.
Thilaga Arumugam attended Kaplan - University of Ireland from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Human Resource Management. Thilaga also attended NPB Institute for Productivity Training from 1991 to 1992, where they received a Diploma in Business Efficiency & Productivity (Personnel Management). Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Administrative Management from IAM (Institute of Administrative Management – U.K.) in 1992.
