Yi Ting Tay has had a varied work experience, starting with an internship at PearComms in 2017 as a Marketing Intern. In 2018, they held an internship position at HipVan. Later in 2018, Yi Ting Tay worked as a Social Media Content Specialist intern at COLLABTIVE Singapore, a digital and content marketing agency. In 2019, they had a marketing internship at Kendo Brands, Inc., where they collaborated with major fashion and entertainment figures to develop original founder brands. The same year, Yi Ting Tay also served as a Regional Marketing Strategy Intern at Shopee. More recently, they joined Enterprise Singapore in 2020 as a Management Associate, then transitioned to the roles of Assistant Development Partner and Development Partner in the Digitalisation & E-commerce department.
Yi Ting Tay completed their A Levels in Mathematics, Economics, Literature, and Chemistry at Anglo-Chinese Junior College from 2014 to 2015. Yi Ting then pursued a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Sociology at the National University of Singapore, graduating with distinction from 2016 to 2020. As part of their undergraduate studies, they also participated in the Spring Study Abroad Programme at the University of Bristol in 2019.
