Aman Rawat has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Aman started their career at Bharat BPO Service Limited as a Customer Service Representative. In 2010, they joined iEnergizer, where they served as a Team Lead/AM Operations for three years. Aman then transitioned to Source Infotech Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they gained experience in identifying candidates and fulfilling requirements across various industries. Following this, they worked at Next Level Business Services, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, contributing to the company's growth and success. Currently, Aman holds the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager/Client Relationship at Enterprise Solutions Inc., a leading minority-owned IT and Engineering services staffing firm.
