Arvind Singh has a varied work experience in the fields of IT recruitment and US healthcare. Arvind started their career in 2007 as a Business Care Analyst at Globerian India Pvt Ltd (now acquired by E4E Ltd), where they managed account receivables for US doctors and communicated with health insurance companies. In 2009, they joined Rsystems International Ltd as a Sr. Analyst, specializing in US Healthcare Account Receivable Management. This involved managing account receivables for anesthesia specialty doctors and resolving underpaid claims. In 2012, Arvind transitioned into IT recruitment, starting at Quantronix Inc as a Technical Recruiter. Arvind then moved to American Cybersystems as a Technical/IT Recruiter, sourcing and screening candidates for various IT job requirements. Since 2013, they have been working at Enterprise Solution Inc. as an IT Recruiter, focusing on recruiting W2 consultants for telecom clients. Throughout their career, Arvind has utilized various platforms and tools such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Corp to Corp, Google Groups, and Yahoo Groups for candidate sourcing.

Arvind Singh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2009 to 2011.
