Kumar Malay has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruiting. Kumar began their career as a Technical Recruiter at InfiCare Technologies in September 2016, where they gained extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. In 2019, they joined Resource Logistics Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and continued to excel in the full life cycle recruitment process until March 2021. In April 2021, Kumar joined Nityo Infotech as a Senior Technical Recruiter, further honing their skills in talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc., a leading minority-owned IT and engineering services staffing firm.
