Llatika S. has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. llatika is currently serving as the Head of HR at Enterprise Solutions Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Impex Healthcare Pvt. Ltd from March 2020 to August 2021.

In 2016, Llatika joined Jamboree Education Private Limited as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in various HR functions such as onboarding, HRIS management, attendance and leave management, talent acquisition, performance appraisals, training and development, and exit formalities. llatika also oversaw the implementation and ongoing management of HRMS portals and ensured data integrity. Llatika actively identified innovative ways to utilize company data and supported users with system functionality. llatika played a role in implementing new HRMS application modules, upgrades, and features.

Prior to Jamboree Education, Llatika worked as a Manager-HR at Orchid Corporate Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 and as an Assistant Manager at ManpowerGroup India from 2012 to 2016. At ManpowerGroup, they also served as a Senior Associate from 2007 to 2012.

Llatika's career began as an Industrial Trainee at Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 2006.

Throughout their career, Llatika has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, data analysis, project management, and strategic HR policies and programs.

Llatika S. attended Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Aided Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Following this, they enrolled in Institute of Marketing & Management (IMM), Delhi from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) specializing in Human Resource Management. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Llatika S. studied at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a concentration in Public Administration and Commerce.
