Sanskruti Ray Mohanty

Sanskruti Ray Mohanty has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and training. They started their career in 2018 as an Executive Sales Representative at Tech Mahindra, where they worked until September 2019. In 2018, they also worked as a PD trainer at Career Kites, which lasted until April 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at NLB Services. In 2021, they joined IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Technical Recruiter - US Staffing and worked there until October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc. starting from October 2022.

Sanskruti Ray Mohanty completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History at Delhi University from 2015 to 2018. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued an Associate's degree in Japanese Studies at the Mosai Institute of Japanese Language. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
