Charles Gardner

Charles Gardner has extensive experience in educational leadership and workforce development, currently serving as the Director at EnterpriseKC since August 2024. Previously, Charles held the position of Senior Advisor for Workforce Development at the Cyber Innovation Center, where the focus was on enhancing workforce development initiatives in higher education and technical training. Charles's career includes significant roles at CYBER.ORG, contributing to government and non-profit engagement, and earlier experience as a teacher at the New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy, where responsibilities included curriculum development and career education coordination. Additional teaching experience includes middle school mathematics at Brevard County Schools and various roles in service and administrative capacities. Charles holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, alongside a BS in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
