Rachel Joffe

Rachel Joffe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, and coaching. Currently serving as Head of Organizational Development at Entersekt, Rachel has also held various roles including Talent Development Coach and Consultant. Prior experiences include managing consulting in people and operations at Collab Consulting, where Rachel specialized in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and organizational development. With a strong background in recruitment and training across multiple sectors, Rachel has led initiatives to secure job placements and develop talent at organizations like the Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative and Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from UNISA, along with certifications in ontological coaching and career coaching.
