Dana Lipman

Dana Lipman currently serves as General Counsel for the Entertainment Industry Foundation since January 2021, overseeing legal, human resources, and risk/compliance functions for EIF and over 30 program partners across 18 states. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at the same organization, where Dana played a key role in operational improvements and organizational restructuring. Dana's extensive background in human resources and employment law includes positions as Chief Human Resources Officer/General Counsel at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and various associate roles at prominent law firms. Dana holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Psychology from Georgetown University.
