Darren Seidel

Darren Seidel is the current CFO at Entertainment Partners. Prior to this, they were a member of the board of directors at Exactuals LLC from January 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President, International Finance, Strategy and Operations at Warner Bros Home Entertainment Group from January 2010 to December 2015. In this role, they led the team responsible for international finance, strategy and operations across home video, digital distribution and games. Darren also set and monitored international strategies for this multi billion revenue business across all affiliate and licensed markets outside of the United States. Some of their other responsibilities included managing the finance department in the preparation of financial statements, leading the planning and execution of the divisions strategic plans, and expanding new businesses, platforms and business models around the world. Additionally, they led the deal and integration team for the launch of a new digital platform in China including negotiations, JV documentation, accounting set up and treatment, and management of the enterprise.

Darren Seidel has an MBA in International Business from the University of Notre Dame GSB and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business, Management, Marketing from San Diego State University / University of San Diego.

Darren Seidel reports to Mark Goldstein, President & CEO. They work with Jennifer Bender - EVP Central Casting, Patrick Baca - Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Anthony De La Rosa - EVP Residuals.
