Dawn Lanie

Dawn Lanie has over 30 years of experience in client services and product management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Entertainment Partners since September 2013, Dawn focuses on enhancing the client experience for new Vista 5 clients with specific data needs, including data migration and validation. Previous roles include Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Vision Tile, where responsibilities encompassed managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll processing using QuickBooks. Earlier positions involved roles in client services and testing, notably as Director of Client Services at All Payments Services, Inc., and various client service representative roles at Entertainment Partners and Media Services. Dawn’s extensive background also includes managing client service teams and ensuring effective resolution of software and hardware issues.
