Shannon's extensive experience in customer service and claims operations was further developed during a long tenure at HealthEquity, where various leadership roles were held, culminating as Vice President, Customer Service and Claims Operations. Earlier in Shannon's career, a position as Customer Service and Engagement Development Manager at Discover Financial Services was held. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University.
