Josh Howard

Josh Howard has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Josh started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Prestwood IT Solutions in 2014 and worked there until 2015. Josh then joined the Sacramento Kings as a Technology Specialist for a year before becoming a Systems Administrator for another year. In 2017, they returned to Prestwood IT Solutions as a Senior System Engineer and IT Supervisor. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director of Technology Operations at InnerScope Hearing Technologies. In the same period, they also founded and served as the President and CEO of JNL IT Services. Recently, they worked as the Manager of IT at CapRadio until November 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Citrix Managed Services Engineer at e360.

Josh Howard attended MTI College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied IT - Network Administration. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in 2013. In 2014, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) certifications. In 2017, they acquired the VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) and VMware Certified Professional 6 - Desktop and Mobility (VCP6-DTM) certifications. Josh also obtained the Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCE - V) certification in 2023.
