Dean Pe’er has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and brand strategy. Currently, in 2022, Dean is working as the Head of Product Marketing at Entitle, where they focus on enabling companies to scale least privilege access across their cloud and SaaS estate. They have served prominent companies such as Hippo, Lemonade, BigID, Bloomreach, and AppsFlyer. Prior to this, in 2021, Dean founded Security Awards Guru, a platform that helps security marketers research and apply for awards that bring value to their brands. In 2020, Dean worked at CYE as a Marketing Team Leader, where they led the demand-gen and SDR team and defined the brand strategy. From 2019 to 2020, Dean worked at OTORIO as a Marketing Manager, heading the marketing efforts and spearheading demand generation and business strategy. In 2017, Dean worked as a Brand Strategist at Awesome, a leading branding agency in Israel, where they created impactful brand identities and presented research findings and brand strategies to executive decision-makers. Before that, Dean served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017. In 2015, Dean worked as a Content Manager at the Technion Knowledge Center for Innovation, curating and promoting innovation-related content. They also managed content in Israel's first Innovation Managers program and the Organizational Innovation Management Forums. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Dean served as the Multicultural Psychology Lab Manager at the University of Haifa, where they conducted research and coordinated research operations in the field of social-cultural psychology.
Dean Pe'er holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of Haifa from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their educational qualifications, Dean also holds several certifications in marketing and growth strategies. Dean obtained certifications in Marketing Automation Strategies from Salesforce in February 2021, Account-Based Marketing from LinkedIn in September 2020, Marketing Analytics: Setting and Measuring KPIs from LinkedIn in August 2020, Growth Hacking from LinkedIn in June 2020, and Leading Growth Through Strategy from the Israel Marketing Association in July 2018.
