Aynsley Brockway Finlay

Aynsley Brockway Finlay has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Aynsley began their career as an intern at PRN in 2003, followed by a position as a marketing coordinator at SportsBusiness Journal from 2003 to 2005. Aynsley then worked as an assistant asset manager at Harris, Murr & Vermillion, LLC from 2006 to 2007, where they transitioned into asset management and helped manage the acquisition and disposition process for office and retail properties. Aynsley then became a commercial real estate broker at Harris Development Group, LLC from 2007 to 2010, negotiating and closing deals for the development of mixed-use projects. From 2010 to 2014, Aynsley worked as a retail leasing associate at Kimco Realty Corporation, focused on optimizing revenue and profitability through new leasing and tenant management. Aynsley then joined Great River Capital Mortgage/Fairview Real Estate Solutions in 2014 as an underwriter and analyst, evaluating secondary market CRE loans and analyzing CMBS loans. In 2015, Aynsley became the Vice President at Investor Management Services, where they oversaw the investor management platform for commercial real estate owners. Aynsley focused on creating investor transparency and engagement through performance dashboards, document dissemination, and centralized offerings. Currently, they serve as the COO at both EntityKeeper and SaaSTrax, where they are responsible for executive level operations.

Aynsley Brockway Finlay completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from 1998 to 2002. In May 2007, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the State of North Carolina. Currently, Aynsley is pursuing a Masters in Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Finance, General at Georgetown University, expected to be completed in 2023.
