Amanda Lopez

Amanda Lopez has extensive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and consulting. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Talent Management and HRBP at Entrada Therapeutics, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Entrada Therapeutics from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Entrada Therapeutics, Amanda worked as a Talent Acquisition Strategy Consultant at mix talent, a biotech and healthcare-focused talent acquisition and consulting firm, from October 2019 to June 2020.

Previously, Amanda held leadership positions in talent acquisition at CRISPR Therapeutics from October 2018 to August 2019 and at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc. from May 2017 to October 2018.

Amanda also founded Talent Wow, LLC in November 2014, where they provided strategic recruiting support to Talent Acquisition Leaders as a Talent Acquisition Consultant until May 2017.

Prior to their consulting work, Amanda held various roles in talent acquisition at Biogen Idec from January 2011 to August 2014, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. During their time at Biogen Idec, Amanda led teams and played a crucial role in hiring top talent to support the organization's goals.

Earlier in their career, Amanda worked at J Robert Scott - Executive Search as a Principal and Senior Associate, and at Corporate Executive Board as a Strategic Research Consultant.

Amanda began their professional journey at IBM as a Senior Consultant and later worked as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers / IBM Business Consulting Services.

Amanda Lopez obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 1998. Amanda then pursued a Masters degree in Public Management from the University of Maryland between 1999 and 2001.
