Daxton Self

Daxton Self is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Route since March 2021, Daxton previously held positions as Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Pluralsight from August 2015 to March 2021 and as Senior Software Engineer at cmcflex from April 2006 to August 2015. In the latter role, Daxton worked closely with the CTO to advance the company's technology initiatives, specifically in transitioning to a service-oriented architecture. Daxton began the career as a Software Engineer, focusing on software maintenance and feature implementation. Daxton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Utah, completed in 2008.
