Fanny Larocque 🪴

Fanny Larocque is the Présidente and Fondatrice of Agence Charlie, a talent management firm established in February 2017, specializing in talent acquisition, mobilization, and retention across Quebec. Fanny has demonstrated expertise in human resources marketing, headhunting, recruitment campaigns, and recruitment outsourcing. Additionally, Fanny has served as a Partner Expert in recruitment for the Groupement des chefs d’entreprise since November 2020 and participated in the Leadership au féminin cohort with the CCIRS from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior experience includes leading recruitment efforts as the Recruiting Director at Proforce Personnel from November 2013 to February 2017 and managing a GUESS? store while overseeing sales and regional recruitment from October 2009 to November 2013. Fanny holds educational qualifications from HEC Montréal and Cégep Marie-Victorin.
