Jordyn Katterson

Jordyn Katterson has extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2020, they worked at Entrega as a Project Delivery Lead, overseeing the distribution of electric vehicles and pre-owned vehicles. Jordyn also provided digital solution support for General Motors. Prior to that, they served as the Team Lead of Dealer Operations and a Solutions Analyst at Entrega. In 2020, they worked as a Dealer Operations Analyst, handling operations and analysis for the company.

Before joining Entrega, Jordyn worked at Mexican Village Utica from 2013 to 2020, where they held the position of Manager, Server. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service, managed cash and credit transactions, resolved conflicts, and trained new employees. Jordyn also had additional managerial responsibilities, such as supervising waitstaff, handling financial data, interacting with vendors, and executing promotional ideas through social media.

In 2019, Jordyn worked as a Project Manager at Perry Johnson & Associates, Inc. Jordyn'sresponsibilities included assisting in research and development for potential clientele, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring quality service through effective communication with customers, clients, partners, and members.

Jordyn Katterson began their education at Cornerstone University in 2015, where they pursued studies in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Jordyn later transferred to Walsh College in 2016, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the same field.
