Micol Hafez

Micol Hafez is a seasoned entrepreneur and product specialist with extensive experience in the health tech sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CPO at The Bland Company and as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, Micol contributes to building high-impact companies alongside notable industry leaders. Previously, Micol co-founded Womco, a personalized nutrition platform for women’s hormonal health, and was recognized as a Halma Future Leader within Halma plc's global initiative. Micol's background includes roles in product management and business development across various Halma companies and participation in the Initiator VC talent incubator. Micol's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from Imperial College London and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry from Columbia University and Barnard College.
